Trestle Glen Remodel – Phase 1

Location: Oakland, CA

Project: Design and Construction of a 1385 SF home remodel. The kitchen was gutted and opened to the dining room. A half bath was added, and the main bathroom was re-configured and updated. Structural elements were added to the attic for future expansion. The plumbing, heating, and electrical systems were fully upgraded.

Features: Custom kitchen counters with waterfall bar. Custom Marble tub apron and vanity top.  Brick Chimney replaced with gas fireplace. Washer/dryer on bedroom level. Multi-Zoned High Efficiency furnace.
