Laprais Residence

Location: Menlo Park, CA
Project: Design and Construction of a 1500 SF addition of a single family residence. The existing footprint was doubled, adding a new living, master suite and garage. All ceilings were vaulted with a central cupola above the living room.
Features: Shingle siding, energy efficient glazing, lighting and mechanical systems. On demand water heating, Low VOC paints and recycled content materials including flash and slag in concrete work.
Duties: While working with Muthig Designs I was lead designer from schematic drawings, design development, construction drawings and lead builder during construction.
